What do you mean cope retard, progressive overload is the most fundamental concept in all of lifting. If you don't progress on lifts over time, you aren't getting stronger or bigger.

Growth means muscle damage you tore and stretch the fibres you’re obviously gonna be sore you stupid pile of shit

Thanks for confirming you are low iq. If you did 200 reps of bicep curls with those tiny pink dumbbells it would make you sore but not grow any muscle so that is why soreness is not a good indicator dumbass.
