as a natty you need to bulk then cut if you want to gain muscle

but tbh girls actually dont like men under 11% bf and over 16% bf

because naturally humans were evolved to have fat and having a clear 6 pack visible not flexed is unideal just as having a belly that has not one single defintion.

also leanmaxxing is cope for face its male gaze girls like healthy looking faces that arent too fat or lean

No the best but you should incorporate bodybuilding into your leanmaxxing routine.

What's the point of losing all that fat and destroy muscle tissue at the same time and end up looking like a walking skeleton framecel ?

Weightlifiting goes hand in hand with caloric deficit. Don't understand those lazy fuckers that would rather starve all day rather than eat a little more and lift weights at the same time.

I love that shit : fort the first time in years I got my V shape back thanks to lifting hard and restricting my caloric intakes : I even put on a little muscle. Body recomp is legit.

Sub 10% is when you see most facial changes and it's when you see your jawline chiseling jfl at thinking 16% is good

Agreed. Am doing Calisthenics. It's as hard as running.(my BMI is 30)

Love it though.
 
The holy trinity of leanmaxxing is
(1) Diet (calories, fiber, lean protein)
(2) Lifting (to maintain/build muscle)
(3) Cardio (not necessary but allows you to burn more calories and lose fat faster or maintain leanness easier since you can eat more from the increased activity. Amazing for heart health and mental benefits)

Been slacking on (3) because I easily stay lean through diet alone and also lift daily. But I’m starting to incorporate it so I can get even leaner because from past experience, adding regular cardio allows you to maintain very low bodyfat

Longterm yes. Having a lot of muscle on your frame significantly raises your metabolic rate.

I never said being 16% bf is where you have facial definition dumb fuck i said being 12-16% is ideal for being a healthy normal functioning male.
