Yes, u have short face syndrome with bialveolar protrusion. Your upper teeth are really forward tilted.

U have a difficult case and need a specialist jaw surgeon like dr Zarrinbal in Berlin. I met him for a genio but i never went through with it.

well devolped face? My maxilla and mandible doesnt have any vertical height lmao I am brachyfacial..alsoh How does my airway looks good,its seem non existent.

My upperteeth got pulled forward by my orthodontist to get a protrusion in the lips since my nose and my chin are devolping too much. it would look like shit if My philtrum was flat

It looks like duck lips here but maybe its ur short chin creating a groove under the lip. U probably need cw rotation with genio for longer chin. Your gonial angle is like 90 degrees. But consult a good surgeon.

your maxilla is not supposed to have a lot of height. look at the guy in my signature. that's how long your midface is supposed to be, no longer than that ideally, whether you think it looks good or not. your mandible might not be the biggest because your bones aren't that massive, but they're all very well position, which is a sign of good development and which is why you're good looking. why are you even worried about how your airway looks, have you ever seen anyone else's airway?

Idk but my ortho Told me that I am very lucky cause I am allowed to have all widsom teeth without extraction because of my „big mandible“ also do you think that having shortfacesydrome is ideal? I dont really understand cause I see a lot of guys ascend hard after treatment of sfs

no, i never said that having shortface syndrome is ideal. you need to understand what shortface syndrome is first. do you see how that guy's midface is just as long as it was before?

i dont really know what this shortface syndrome is tbh, seems like complete bs. these shortface syndrome examples to me just seem like people with unusually short mandibles (so not you), where the chin and the lips are way too close together like here (left):

So u dont have short face syndrome then if your midface is normal. I have literally the same thing as you, had bruxism as a kid and mandible vertically short beccause of that. The fix is bringing the entire mandible down. I dont know about surgery but you can fix it by getting a MRA appliance bro. Thats what Im getting after corona virus. It brings the entire mandible down. Your midface is fine, genio or lefort or whatever else ur planning isnt going to do shit to your case.

The forth one is similar to the appliance im getting, You can literally simulate a normal mandible rn by keeping your teeth apart by about 1cm and then closing your mouth
