I've seen a huge increase in my appetite the past year, im 16 and my tanner stage estimate is 3.8
Im not able to stick to a calorie deficit anymor because of how hungry i get
a year ago, and two years ago, I was able to stick to a calorie deficit with ease, but now I get uncontrollable hunger
