You obviously don't know what jutting means.

Take a ruler, place it on the back of your head so that your head is straight. That is how your head should be aligned when taking this picture. Anyone, and I mean literally even the most sub human person, would have acceptable chin and jaw turning their head the way you did to take the photo. You automatically jut this way.

What you need to do is to sit up straight, with a straight neck and head, and take a picture from the side. You probably won't like the results, but that is how to properly take a side profile. Not bending your neck backwards like Chico is doing in this picture:

or this picture

Anyone with half a brain cell can tell that you're jutting your jaw out in the picture. For reference, this is what a proper side profile looks like:

Its cool bro that is a precise picture, and lucky for you you weren't frauding. Your side profil beats Tyler Mahers so I think you're good to go. Don't think it looks bad at all, in fact most people don't have that amount of forward growth in lower third. Gonial angle is good too, not too straight nor sloped.
