You need to fix the fat under your neck for sure + the cheeks and jaw.

Getting rid of the fat will help your chin be more prominent.

I appreciate the feedback. I think I'll go with custom cheek/IOR implants, Jaw Implants, and lipo. I think it's submental fat, so no matter how much weight I lose, it will remain there

your surgeon is completely wrong lol. Your chin NEEDS to be taller. it needs at minimum to be the height of the morphs. your chin right now is way too short. i don’t think your surgeon knows anything about aesthetics. anyways don’t listen to him, im being sincere in trying to help

true you have adequate projection from side profile but you have deep mentolabial fold because of not enough chin height. add at least 3 mm chin height is my recommendation
