Is my derm stupid ?

Ive been on accutane for about a month now on 40mg a day, yesterday when i went to my monthly checkup she put me on 80mg but i only weigh 70kg, my skin is not terrible but it got worse since i got on it, ive got some scars but nothing that cant be fixed with some other treatmens so is 80 too much and will it close my growth plates ? im not really woried about any other side effects i dont care about dry lips and aching joints its not that severe as people told, at least in my case.

For a lot of pharmaceutical it’s a person to person case, you will probably be fine and it will get better but some people get really bad side effects, but just see what happens and keep talking the 80mg and also just listen to the professional they often know best.
Also it won’t effect hight 999999 out of 9999999 times

Well i can say my side effects are nowhere near as bad as other people had, except maybe it suppressed my hormones a little bit since i have lower libido now but idk if thats true i havent gotten hormnal panel before starting the treatment just regular bloodwork but im gonna be taking hgh and test in a few days anyway so it doesnt matter, i just never seen someone taking so much on this body weight so i was concerned but i guess its so i can finish my cycle before summer.
