This is my current diet basically
500 gm of chicken/turkey and broccoli or some other veggies with rice usually
500 mL to 1 L of milk with some protein powder
4 eggs with bread
2 bananas
Am I losing out a lot on my height, my bone mass and more importantly on my testosterone by not eating red raw meat. Is it over.
But what do i do now
Also why is white meat like chicken and turkey hated on here. Is it because it has shit amount of zinc and other stuff
