This is my current diet basically

500 gm of chicken/turkey and broccoli or some other veggies with rice usually

500 mL to 1 L of milk with some protein powder

4 eggs with bread

2 bananas


Am I losing out a lot on my height, my bone mass and more importantly on my testosterone by not eating red raw meat. Is it over.
But what do i do now
Also why is white meat like chicken and turkey hated on here. Is it because it has shit amount of zinc and other stuff

I’m already on roids and hgh and other shit. But I wanna make sure my diet is good and healthy. But I have heard red meat has a lot of benefits so I might be losing out on a lot.

You can improve it with some organ meats or supplements

But you already eating pretty good, The average man eats a lot of goyslop and unhealthy drinks,

You don't need to be this epitome of health,
Because you're genetics do a lot of the heavy lifting,You're diet is still important,

But just don't be fat and don't be deathly skinny, And you're fine, Also a little bit of red meat wouldn't hurt.

The thing is I’m allergic to red meat especially pork and beef.

Red meat taste delicious and is fucking amazing for your body,

But you have to just cope with it.

drop broccoli and veggies they have no bio-available nutrients (basically nutrients we can properly absorb) and broccolli has a bunch of goitrogens which fucks with your thyroid hormones

you dont have to have bread with ur eggs, bananas are just carbs with potassium (which is in everything anyways), the milk should be high fat and low-pasteurized, chicken/turkey is good just dont overcook it or put spices

What would u rate chicken out of 10 if say beef (high quality grass fed shit) is a 10.

spices and sauces are things people started adding to the food because of overcooking (the taste lessens, it gets dry and the fluid evaporates) which is why they put sauces or spices on it.

I dont remember the reason for each and every spice, but things like pepper has a thing that mildly inhibits the absorption of protein, some spices mildly irritates the gut, and so on

I don’t add any sauce cause it has sugar and shit. But I add Asian seasoning most of the time that I find near my Asian supermarket

How do I get maintenance calories though. I’m still growing so I need at least 2500 calories.

I’m honestly confused about eating white rice, sourdough bread, bananas and yeah milk deffo raw milk.

But do I do. Am I fucked. I heard rice and carbs are bad and cause bloating
