I just want to know if my dorsal hump is very prominent? I mean I already have a big nose and while smiling it looks more droopy nd shit because of the hump. Also theres probably a 2-3 month gap between these photos and I’m already at a very high body fat percentage maybe above 28 or even 30 I think
