ok so i weigh 120 pounds, whenever im 120 i eat without restriction whatever i want, until i gain 3-5 pounds extra and then i go on a 1200 calorie deficit until i reach 120 again

i always make sure to get minimum 120 grams of protein, after ill eat whatever

This is called “Rebounding”, its a gymcel term but its basically eating like a cheat meal then going back on a deficit for a few days to counter balance that surplus. Its optimal in the sense that you can have occasional cheat meals throughout the month, but not optimal in terms of peak health.
