Day 1 - Back

Day 2 - Chest

Day 3 - Shoulders

Day 4 - Arms

Day 5 - rest

Day 6 - Legs (once each 15 days)

Day 7 - it's day 1 again

Are you a beginner? As a beginner, I would do full body 3x a week where you focus on the basic exercises to get the most out of your newbie gains.

I've been going for 2 months already was doing a ppl 6times a week, but while doing PPL i couldn't work properly on shoulders and arms (always tired after chest / back)

You need to be hitting the same muscle group at least 2x a week. Focus on compound lifts.

This is a different topic. What does aesthetic mean?

You need to be lean, which means you need a diet (carnivore + fruits/dairy + eggs) that allows that and gives you the nutrients to build a good body.

Then it depends on the aesthetics of the muscles, of course you have first of all genetic determinism (muscle insertions, bones and so on) and on the other hand which muscles you train. You absolutely have to do lateral raises for the shoulders for an aesthetic body! Legs are negligible, train them rather with cycling or sprinting, looks more aesthetic.

when i say aesthetic i mean a good physique that will attract foids

Don’t do shoulders after chest, best to do chest, back, shoulders, leg and arms, rest
