Can someone rate my gym routine 1-10? I’m fairly new. I’m 16, 5’10 and around 155lbs. I’m going for a aesthetic physique. My clavicles are around 7 inches each, and my waist is 28 inches (not my hips).

PUSH

  • Incline smith press with elbows tucked
  • Chest press
  • Pec dec
  • Tricep pushdown single arm
  • Overhead extension
  • Shoulder press
  • Cable lateral raises

PULL

  • Pull ups (wide grip)
  • Single arm chest supported row
  • Upper back row
  • Cable or preacher curl
  • Hammer curl
  • Rear delts flys (facing side ways)

UPPER

  • Incline smith machine
  • Machine pec dec
  • Cable lateral raises
  • Pull ups
  • Chest supported rows
  • Cable or preacher curl
  • Tricep pushdown

^^^ idk what to do for legs, thats why I didnt include them. Can someone give me suggestions for legs aswell?

having an upper day while doing pp is weird so I assume you are trying to run ppl x ul?

For legs I do
2x sets of squat pattern
2x hip hinge
2x leg extension
2x hamstring curl
2x calf raise
1x adductor
2x wrist curl
2x ab crunch

Not sure how to train them optimally. Also rn my legs are already above average so im not sure if i should even waste time training them, cuz i wanna focus on aesthetics much more and legs dont play much of a part in that imo

Correct me if im wrong tho, im new to lifting and i wanna learn

How are you new to lifting and already think your legs are above average.

Also legs are aesthetic as long as they aren’t too big. It’s a beautiful muscle imo.

If you want I can send you a thread of mine that explains how to train each muscle and how to program your sessions

I started this year, but i have been very inconsistent. Also I am currently skinny fat, but I can tell my quads are above average (i used to be alot fatter and i guess i built my leg muscles just moving around while being fat) but my calfs are good. Im fine with training legs, but i definitely do not want to prioritize them over my upper body.

Also can you rate my current routine (ignoring legs), i want to know if this is good enough to see significant gains and to build an aesthetic physique (focus of delts and upper chest)

Then don’t, you can do splits in which you don’t prioritize legs really. Like in full body, you can do legs last…

yeah go ahead
