Forehead/hairline is a big problem here. Also, long hair doesn't suit you. As for the beard, cut it or use Minox, this half-ass beard doesn't work.

I doubt it, your face is long so the goatee won't work. If you want a beard just to look older then you need Minox to fill out your whole face and add more width to your jawline.

The beard is to add projection to the chin from profile view. And the mustache to hide philtrum.
