Looks like it is, you should visit a trichologist. This can be temporary if you get exposed to stress a lot, or balding. Also it can be both, how many hair falling out are you noticing? Count them daily and if there are >100-200 or if they fall out easily when brushing hair then yes

Thx for the reply. I dont lose much, like 10 when I do my hair routine maximum. Except when i am washing and conditioning my hair, then I am losing about 30 to 50. What I dont like about it that these hair on the sides are more blonde and so thin, so it looks not so good when I style it. How can I make it thicker and darker, I want to avoid minoxidil.
