Is it ugly? I feel like theres a very obvious slope from my neck to my occipital bun.

What can I do about it?

Also dont mention my hair to cover it up, its a hairsystem and I cant make it any longer than this I believe.

Can I train the back of my neck? Will my skull grow after 18?

Eh, I've had braces for a long time which fucked my lower third development and needed jaw surgery after. Thats why.
