I genuinely can't fucking tell for myself since I have body dysmorphia and my face literally morphs right in front of my eyes when I try to analyse it

I know my hairline is fucked I don't need reminding

yes but its average and not overly recessed. because you are stretching your head as far as you can and your lower third is still on the weaker side.

sliding genioplasty would help. Its not a big deal though, you should focus on your hair first.
