Your cheeks aren't chubbier than average for sure. Also your jaw isn't narrow imo, but your gonial angle is fairly highly placed which may give an illusion of narrow jaw.

I think it's decent your face is pretty red look into ways of changing that. Also use minoxadil spray twice a day for six months if you can't fill in those spots shave that shit off/
