If I get bimax will my ramus remodel Backwards so my jaw can get longer?

Forward ramus is caused by increased gonial angle.
It looks like your condyles are wide
I have the same problem
My ramus also looks that sloped
Perfect ramus should be straight and not sloped

I think that ramus is caused by downward growth but on your case you have flat occlusal plane..
