Is my liver good quality?

It's not from a local farm, it's from the butcher, I don't know the alimentation this animal received or If it was vaccinated or injected with hormones.

The color of the membrane is purple-ish as you can see. I tried a bit and the flavor is sweet and tasty.

Yes, it's smooth looking and purplish so it's good quality. Avoid liver that is grindy looking and a reddish color.
