Here’s some other pics. Users on the forum says my maxilla sucks but no one says anything about my lower jaw maybe they assume I’d get it fixed with a bimax anyway. Either way it looks like shit to me

You need forward growth. Bad morph but looks better. I think bimax, midface implants and lipo under the jaw.
Def looks better. I still worry about my lower jaw as it stands now. Meanwhile the bimax isn’t an option and won’t be possible for years for me. Mid face implants or grafts could be done by summer tbh. I’m only accepting implants I don’t want the dissolving issues. Any way that mid face implants done by an expert could be worth it without the bimax?

Well I need to prioritize one before the other. I might be able to get all the implants done at once. Everyone tells me it’s a bad idea to do anything before bimax but at this point I’m gonna be sitting on my hands for years till I can get bimax. Maybe that’s the only choice though?
What about my gonial angle? I’m trying to decide if I need implants for it and what I should be pushing for with plastic surgeons
