Is my lower third bad enough for Surgey or not?

Just wait till 21-22 before considering anything, my lower third completely changed from something similar to yours at 17-18 and now it's drastically better at 21 and I dont need a beard to cope with it, just keep proper tongue/swallowing/neck posture in the meantime (since that's all u can do rn). I heard facial bones keep developing til 25 or something so wait a bit
