wait for you to fully develop, but start planning on some basic surgeries like rhino, bimax, implants, etc.

all of ur flaws can be fixed.

radix can be fixed with rhino , they will take cartilage from ur rib or ear and add it to the radix
while ur at it tell them to slim the nasal bones and tip bulbousity

yes its worth it to get a bimax or palatal expansion as well

i would not get paranasal implants, just get bimax.

for orbitals you can do a lot of things, if you really want to go to the extreme id get saddle infra implants and wait for your brow ridge to grow

yea its a good procedure, you can combine it with implants if you really need.

but there is many times of fat grafting, nano fat graft and micro fat graft, its very specific, i would go with a really good surgeon

Im assuming ur under 18 so just get lean for now u look above 18% body fat
