Im no looksmax expert but i think you should put tooical minox on the outer edges of your eyebrows and dye them a darker shade than your hair color to fraud ipd

I would say having a larger perceived esr ( Ipd divided by the width between your cheekbones) to balance the long mieface out is a better way to go than staying like yhis
