is my midface too compact?

I just measured my midface ratio, which is about 1.26:1, E.S ratio is about 0.48, FWHR is 2.12:1, face height to width ratio about 1.3:1

Is that too compact? And how do i fix that?

yes unfortunately i know, i try to stretch them everyday but only getting mild improvements

You’re measuring from too down low. if your mfr was actually 1.26 you’d have really close set eyes

I'm not an expert when it comes to measuring ratios, but wouldn't it be good for you to post a photo at a better angle.

i did pupils distance divided by the height from pupils to the top of my upper lip

Yes that’s the accurate way of measuring it. But you’re still getting an incorrect ratio, thats because of lense distortion. You shouldnt be attempting to measure your ratios from your phone, try and minimize distortion.
