Is my mk dosage over ~3 months stupid?

First 4.5 weeks: 12.5mg ED

Next 4 weeks: 16.25mg ED

Next 3 weeks: 20mg ED

Im taking berberine and possibly p5p during all this

Im gonna monitor my fasted blood sugar 2x a week, at any point if it gets too high I’ll take a 2 week break or until it returns to normal

Is this a shit idea?? Am i increasing the dose too high and too often?

I want to use this full bottle of mk before i cut (i really wanna cut already)

i think i'll do what Connor is doing, 2 days on 1 day off with a dosage of 10-15mg because at 20 you can supposedly get brain fog, also are you planning on taking slin pills with the mk ?

idk, i dont think ill take it, if my blood sugar becomes to high ill just stop using mk
