1. HGH 4iu , arimidex 0.25 mg (year+)

2. Test 125mg/week, (HCG), clomid 25 mg (12 weeks)

3. MSE

4. Braces for mild overbite

5. Rhinoplasty

6. Fin+ Min to escape NW1

Edits :
1. Mandible (with ramus)

2. Maxilla (with eye area)

3. Cheekbones

4. Lip balance

5. Nose

6. Hairline
