Is my neck routine good? PLZ Help

It's split 3 by 3, so one day I do neck flexion and extension, 3 sets, 30 reps with 10 kg plate plus neck raises with 5 kg plate, 3 sets, 15 reps

And next day isometric neck holds with a wall, pushing by forehead, 3 sets, 45 seconds each and trap shrugs 20 kg dumbbell in each hand, 4 sets, 15 to 20 reps


So one day first routine, next one second routine, 5-6 times per week neck training


For reference my neck is ultra thin, 35 cm and my jaw is wide, so the difference looks even more extreme

Looks good maybe neck training eod might be better
Do chin tucks and other shit if ur neck posture is bad cus bad neck posture makes ur neck look even worse

You're right, in the gym my posture is pretty good, but I forget about it during the day

Should pay more attention
 
the choice of exercises seems good but i still think its kinda too much

Yeah I was thinking reducing it to 4-5 times a week

How long ago have you started neck training? Any improvement in size?

Holy fuck this is legit fucking impressive, maybe I am overtraining my neck, i will reduce it then to 4 times per week

How many kg do you do with neck curls?
i do 7.5kgs and i bang out like 20-30 reps, i do side curls rn as well with one 2.5kg plate also lots of reps, watch out for side curls i almost injured myself like 3 days ago

7,5? That's kinda low, i was actually thinking increasing mine to 15 kg

Yeah side curls are kinda awkward to do, I do mine on a floor rather than bench

yup, i am not strong and dont wanna risk injury thats why i do so many reps with low weights, i mean it works so who cares

i threw out my tape measures because i was obsessed with measuring that and my arm size, not much probably i got a small skull so it looks bigger
