It's split 3 by 3, so one day I do neck flexion and extension, 3 sets, 30 reps with 10 kg plate plus neck raises with 5 kg plate, 3 sets, 15 reps
And next day isometric neck holds with a wall, pushing by forehead, 3 sets, 45 seconds each and trap shrugs 20 kg dumbbell in each hand, 4 sets, 15 to 20 reps
So one day first routine, next one second routine, 5-6 times per week neck training
For reference my neck is ultra thin, 35 cm and my jaw is wide, so the difference looks even more extreme
