my ortho say im need to get herbst appliance and after damon q braces, i also ask her about palate expander but she say my palate is already wide enough and the only issue is recessed lower jaw, im 15yo rn does it help me?

Pretty sure a herbst appliance moves the lower jaw forward which is ideal for a recessed lower jaw. Just my opinion.
