Is my overbite curable?

I'm currently 17 turning 18 soon, and have gone through orthodontics already including braces. I currently wear an upper retainer and have a permanent lower retainer. my mandible and maxilla are certainly recessed, so I am wondering if I were there were any ways to fix my overbite aside from restarting. If i were to restart, would a herbst appliance do anything to me, and would a marpe device advance my maxilla?
