How long you been lifting for and what gym tricks/tips (unique) do you have?
Also what excercises and sets/reps do you do for your 3d shoulders and back?
I lift since 2018 but without consistency last years tbh, so lets say 4 years with consistency (but tbh my diet isn't optimal)

My shoulders are shit, but I do:

Overhead press 3 x 8-12
Facepull 3 x 12
Lateral raises 3 x 15
Seated reverse flies or in machine 3 x 15

For back, shit too:

Pullups 3 x 8-12
Barbell row 3x10
Lat pulldown 3x12
Dumbell row 3x12
Unilateral gironda row 3x15

Sometimes I add pullover with rope 3x15

Tips: Focus in progressive overload and form over weight tbh. Intensity to failure or close to failure. You could note your weights and intensity.
