i was fat almost all my life and i just lost weight.
i barely have any bones and my only good one is masseter
is this a good routine to get bone mass?
I’m early 15
cjc 1295 - 300mcg


ipamorelin -300mcg


ashwaganda - 600mg


Zinc 30 mg


Magnesium (Glycinate) 300mg


Vitamin D3 + K2 (MK-4) 2000 IU D3 + 100 mcg K2


L-Arginine + L-Ornithine + L-Lysine 2 g Arg + 2 g Orn + 1 g Lys


1000 g calcium

why is that?I can’t take hg it somehow costs 3 times more than cjc 1295,ipamorelin.i do not have that many money
growth hormone wont give you bones either

Yes but its been so long now since s3. Im watching the whole franchise ( fear the walking dead, webseries, world beyond, the ones who live, dead city, daryl dixon etc all of them)
