I’ve been training for little over a year, I’m 15, and I would say my shoulders are good but idk, my current shoulder workout is like this
Smith machine shoulder press 2 sets x 8 reps (last set failure)
Lateral raises 2 sets x 10-12 reps (last set failure)
Rear delt flies 2 sets x 8-10 reps (last set failure)
I do Low Volume High Weight
