No absolutely not, it's when you start picking and scarring your skin it's over. A lot of acne does go away with age but keeping up good habits can help it go.

Tbh accutane helps,it seems

Yeah, it helped me a lot. I've not needed to use it since I finished puberty. To keep them away though I got into the habit of not touching my face and also washing my face as I wake up and as I go to sleep. Also washing hands regularly helps too.
