Morning Routine:
Benzoyl Peroxide
Vitamin C Serum
Moisturizer
SPF50
2mg GHK-CU

Nighttime Routine:
Gentle Cleanser
Moisturizer

So far this has worked pretty well for me, but I have been going back and forth on whether or not adding in retinol would be optimal. Thoughts?

benzoyl is good for acne

vit c serum cope

moisturiser and sunscreen cope

ghk cu good

cleanser and moisturiser cope

I'd ditch benzoyl peroxide in favor of a retinoid. I don't like benzoyl peroxide it's irritating and usually not needed. Retinoid, cleanser, GHK-CU has been enough for me to have clear skin and even be complimented on my skin.

how the hell is moisturiser and spf cope? :lul:

sure they won’t remove your acne, but without a moisturizer your skin will start to peel like crazy with all those actives.

and without spf you’ll age like milk.

terrible take IMO

Benzoyl Peroxide and SPF 50 here definitely aren’t cope. Moisturiser can be useful depending on your climate, if it’s dry. The rest of them however could be cope depending on your skin type.

But please don’t use BP for morning routine, that’s the worst thing you could do. Use it at night ONLY and use a moisturiser 2 mins after that if required. Next morning use SPF. Continue this routine for a 2-3 month BP course, your acne should be cleared by then, if it is and it continues the same, use only SPF and most probably avoid everything else. This is the best thing to do for a healthy and clean skin long term wise, those serums DAILY for the rest of your life could be carcinogenic.
