Is my skincare routine good?

Start with a shower and pat dry hair/face

Then start with based exfoliator
Then glycolic acid 7% toner (the ordinary)
Then retinol 1% in squalene (the ordinary)
Then pigmentclar eye cream (la Rosche-Posay)
Then Cerave facial moisturising lotion

Let me know if I should add anything or be looking into other products to help with skin quality/pimples
