Is my skull short? Maxillary downgraft needed?

Some of you may saw my other post in this forum. I think my skull looked short cause I fucked up and took it with the back camera up close. And I was tilting my face up like a dumbass

this ogee curve with sfs is crazy. get trimax and you'll mog you have good brow bossing too.

downgraft doesn't seem necessary, i think there are other surgeries that would be less invasive that would do better, downgraft seems redundant

deadass my side looked like that with acne prepuberty. i had jowls and good ogee curve some how idk. when fat repositioned my midface compacted and lips appeared. you seem old its un likely for you trimax would be good bro trust. the results would be nuts. would be slayer side and really good frontal as the forward growth would give you hollows, assuming you dont have shit ipd youd rank fair high
