Is my softmaxxing routine cope?

I am LTN so I basically could benefit of every minor change.

My daily routine:
Reverse Thumbpulling
Thumbpulling (like 2-3 times a day)
Hyoid Bone Training
MackKenzie Chin Tucks
Myofunctional Therapy

I am also on accutane to fix my shitty skin. I workout regularly trying to get some mass and then cut down to around 10% bodyfat (I have like 18-20% rn). After I got clear skin I'll brighten my skin and get blue colored contacts to max out phenotype (I got natural black hair).

Any other things I could do naturally? I am turning 19 in one week. I'll try to max out my looks naturally until I am 21. If I don't get into High MTN - Low HTN range I'll just surgerymax.
