Title + if anyone is willing to give me so recommendations i’d be thankful but i dont have alot of machines in my gym

ULRULRR

Upper

Lat pulldowns 1x
Incline db chest press 1x
Pec deck 1x
Seated Lat rows 1x
Lateral raises 2x
Jm press 1x
Kelso shrugs/rear delts fly 2x
Tricep extensions 1x
Preacher curls 2x


Lower

Leg extensions 2x
Seated leg curl 2x
Hack squat 2x
Standing calf raises 2x
Hanging leg raises 2x

All with 0-2 rir, 4-8 reps
No fb
 
Any split is good as long as you train each muscle twice a week with good recovery in between.
