Exact Daily Plan











Morning (with food)


• Vitamin D3 – 5000 IU


Vitamin A 5000 IU


• Vitamin K2 (MK-7) – 200 mcg


• Boron – 6 mg


• Collagen (bovine) – 12 g


• Vitamin C – 1000mg


• Creatine Monohydrate – 5 g











Evening (with dinner)


• Zinc Picolinate – 30 mg


• Fish Oil (EPA + DHA) – 2000 mg


• Ashwagandha (KSM-66 or Sensoril) – 600 mg











Pre-Bed (empty stomach or light protein)


• Magnesium (glycinate) – 400 mg elemental


• Glycine – 3 g


• Iron (bisglycinate) – 25mg


• MK-677 – 10mg


(Cycle 8 weeks on / 4 weeks off)

Supplements are for roiders or old farts
 
Do you notice yourself being calmer whilst consuming ashwagandha or does it not make a difference at all
