2 sets weighted wide grip pull ups
2 sets lateral raises
2 sets wide grip incline benchpress
2 sets wide grip barbell rows
2 sets wide grip weighted pushups
2 sets hercules holds
Day 2:
Gymbro muscles training
3 sets leg extensions
3 sets leg curls
3 sets bicep curls/pushdowns superset
3 sets hammer curl/tricep overhead
extension superset
3 sets rear delt flys (extra, optional)
Day 3:
V-taper training
2 sets weighted wide grip pull ups
2 sets lateral raises
2 sets wide grip incline benchpress
2 sets wide grip barbell rows
2 sets wide grip weighted pushups
2 sets hercules holds
Day 4:
Gymbro muscles training
3 sets leg extensions
3 sets leg curls
3 sets bicep curls/pushdowns superset

I try to do my grip as wide as humanly possible and im gonna do hercules holds to try to widen my frame (i am still in puberty so it might work)
I take 2 minute rests per set and my workouts take about 45-60 minutes
