Day 1 pulls day
- 8 sets hammer curl
- 8 sets horizontal pull
- 8 sets neck curl

Day 2 push day
-8 sets inclined press
-8 sets triceps workout
-8 sets shoulder workouts


Day 3 legs day
-8 sets leg press
-8 sets single calf raises


Repeat these again once


Total sets per each muscles group per week 16sets

6/7 days a week workouts


2 rest days between each muscle group

What are pros and cons of my plan? Are these mostly isolation or compound?

wtf? why 8 sets per exercise thats way too much, and more exercise per lift and only do 2-3 sets to failure per exercise

How it is too much when it is 12-16 sets in total in a week

because u shouldnt be doing 8 sets of any exercise in one lift. You will be completely fatigued by the 5th and get almost zero growth from those sets.

I do only 6 sets for each
