- 8 sets hammer curl
- 8 sets horizontal pull
- 8 sets neck curl
Day 2 push day
-8 sets inclined press
-8 sets triceps workout
-8 sets shoulder workouts
Day 3 legs day
-8 sets leg press
-8 sets single calf raises
Repeat these again once
Total sets per each muscles group per week 16sets
6/7 days a week workouts
2 rest days between each muscle group

What are pros and cons of my plan? Are these mostly isolation or compound?
