I'm considering just switching to training at home.
I'm already doing a full body core exercise program (a lot of ab crunches, plank, leg extensions, stuff like that - all stuff u can do on a mat)..
I feel like if I buy a few dumbbells on top of that, I would be able to do most of the exercises I do in the gym at home... Except for the heavy compound lifts (deadlift, squats, bench press)...
But how much do I realistically 'miss out on'? I accepted that I'll never become big anyway... All I care about is being lean and defined
