I feel that PCT is in most cases an attractive female trait. On males it can look overly exotic and alien like. Unless you have Tyson Beckford tier eye shape to pull it off.

Yes but the environment also plays a role. If your face grows downward and you don't have good cheekbone support it could make a naturally nuetral canthal tilt negative
