nope, i have been using nicotine pouches for like the past 2 years, only bad thing ive seen is that it obv costs money and decreases cardiovascular performance bc nicotine makes your blood vessels smaller

Yea ok, For me after i started using i have noticed a little bit of redness on cheek area but i dont think its because of nicotine.
