is normal for eye hooding to hut

after doing all possible eye softmaxxes i've finally have fully hooded eye and long ass eyelashes but it feels weird asl like i my upper eyelashes on my eyes because my hooding making them go downwards and i can feel it on my eyes and, i can feel my hooding on my eyes too, i just wanted to know if anyone has the same problem

yea i feel my hooding go up and down throughout the day i think its caused due to shit supras

If you had very minimal uee and used an eyelash curler it would have been better than fully hooded imo
