I don’t think it is normal or it is just your body trying to adapt to your new calorie intake. im trying to do the opposite here and that is losing weight however i notice that if i try to sleep with a empty stomach its really hard. But if my tummy is full i get a good sleep:ogre:

idfk if 22 or 222 bpm heart rate is normal i legit do not know bro why would i

at cvs it said my blood pressure is “pre-diabetic” whatever that means

Heart rate increases for digestion obviously, it pumps blood to your stomach and intestines. The heavier the meal and the longer the time between meals, the greater the spike in heart rate. If you are not in top tier shape and well conditioned, your resting heart rate will also naturally be higher. That's why yours increases.

Also, 82 bpm is not high, especially after a meal, it's within normal limits.

To fully digest something, it takes like 8-10 hours. Eat more frequent meals with less carbs.
Also, don't skip cardio. Weights is good, but you also have to do cardio in order for the heart to be in top tier shape.
