Thats not completely true. I grew up in a relatively good environment, i was never really poor either. Cerebral NPD is real - And considering this is not my only condition it is very much not just from the environment. But you're not entirely wrong either. People can start acting narcissistic if they get hold of too much power (example being boss of a certain division in a job). However it will never really be an engraved part of their personality, which is why i would say NPD being an environmental disorder is only half true and there always need to be somewhat of a cerebral part to it too.

from what i know theres a difference between high inhib and non nt. High inhib meaning you know what's up but you're just shy and quiet. Non NT is like you're pretty much living on a different planet, you dont dress well cause you dont know the trends, you dont know what to talk about with foids, you're just one of the weird kids

Acting narcissistically is different from being a narcissist. Narcissism as well as what is classified as secondary psychopathy (of which narcissism is a part) needs certain conditions to develop.

Secondary psychopathy is quite common in society.
