Is not looking at peoples face autistic

I never look at people in the face or the eye, and I've never been tested for autism, than why does the internet say it is?

Either autism or social anxiety. I have both (diagnosed autist jfl) and I feel weird keeping eye contact and don't know when to look away its like some unwritten rules that everyone else knows apart from me so i end up calculating it in my head "look for this long" etc
