My 5'6 sister has the same length femurs as me yet I'm 6'2. But my tibias are longer.
My father is the same height and his femurs are longer whilst I have a longer torso, but tibia is the same.
Femur is variable and probably sex hormone dependent to an extent. Why is it then used as a definitive marker of height?
Tibia and ulna seems like much better choices.
