Is OBO the best way to fix a narrow face?

For those with low FWHR and crappy midface ratios, is OBO the only extremely blackpilled way to totally fix/help it? Ik about le fort 1 impaction, lip lift, mse but i want to widen my entire face.

Also my issue is that i have a narrow skull, my ipd is actually good and is very wide for my skull. Will OBO actually descend me?

@Ape101 had a 135mm wide skull before OBO and ended up with a 147mm wide skull after though. How did he do this??

maxilla impaction and midface shortening in the same sentence . either u get more zygomatic width via implants or lip lift for vertical shortening

nothing can actually shorten nose, i include philtrum as midface because it often is included and a shorter philtrum = better fwhr and midface ratio
